ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in a case registered at Police Station I-9 under terrorism sections, ARY News reported. All districts of Punjab have mandated that motorcycle riders wear helmets and access for riders without helmets has been restricted on several major areas. A petition for contempt of court has been filed against the deputy commissioner East and the SSP for refusing to grant permission for a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally. During the proceedings, Justice Yusuf Ali Saeed questioned the rationale behind denying PTI’s rally permission. “What is the issue? Why is PTI not being allowed to hold its rally?” he asked.
