Los Angeles homes
Perry was an avid real estate investor and bought several properties over the years and sold them off for profit later. The actor purchased his latest residence in Hollywood Hills earlier this year for $5 million. 1957 built and freshly renovated property spans 2,566 square feet, is situated on a sloped 0.22-acre plot and comes with three bedrooms, a media room, four bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
Earlier, Perry had got a $6 million home in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood of Los Angeles in 2020.
Cars
Other than real estate, Perry was quite a car enthusiast and owned several of the finest cars. He had a 440 hp Lincoln Navigator ($76,710) that could go from 0-60 MPH in 5.3 seconds, a BMW 6 Series Convertible ($86,700) with a top speed of 155 MPH, and the ability to go from 0-60 MPH in 5.4 seconds and a BMW 7 Series sedan ($87,800) that can go from 0-60 MPH in 4.8 seconds and has a top speed of 130 MPH.
Moreover, Perry also had a 2.9L Twin-Turbo Porsche Panamera ($89,750) with a top speed of 168 MPH, a Porsche 911 Carrera Convertible ($96,200) that can accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in 3.7 seconds and a BMW Z8 ($131,500) with a 4.9L naturally aspirated V8 engine that can reach 60 MPH from 0 in just 4.6 seconds and has a top speed of 162 MPH, in his collection.

Two of his latest expensive vehicle purchases were an Aston Martin Vantage Convertible ($151,000) and an Audi R8 Spyder ($160,900).
It is pertinent to note here that American-Canadian actor Matthew Perry, who gained fame in the 1990s as the wise-cracking Chandler Bing in the top-rated television comedy ‘Friends’ and chronicled his decades-long battle with substance abuse in a memoir last year, died on Saturday at age 54.
His death was confirmed in a statement by an American broadcast network on the micro-blogging site, X. “We are incredibly saddened by the too soon passing of Matthew Perry,” it stated.
“He brought so much joy to hundreds of millions of people around the world with his pitch-perfect comedic timing and wry wit. His legacy will live on through countless generations.”
